Education is important to us, and we hope it is important to you as well. As a group that advocates for our neighbors, Moving the Central Valley Forward has a great interest in promoting educational opportunities which includes:

•  addressing literacy,
•  chronic absenteeism,
•  student safety, and
•  facility upgrades.

2026 Fresno Unified Trustee Candidates:

A trustee’s role is to maintain a focus on student achievement, well- being and equity and to participate in making decisions that benefit the board’s entire jurisdiction while representing the interests of their constituents. Trustees must also communicate the views and decisions of the board back to their constituents.

In other words, you become the voice for our students, our teachers, and our community to create a greater public education system for all.
